So far we have only told you who is going to be buying our products through your affiliate link. Here we share with you how you can make money by bringing people to our site.

We have worked as affiliates for other people for some years and in this way we have been able to research the market and work out what helps affiliates to make money. Unfortunately at the same time we learnt a lot about how promoters can rob their affiliates of hard earned commissions. Theft is always wrong! We can promise you now that we want you as our affiliate to make sure you get the money you deserve. Read on to see how we aim to safeguard your money and make sure we do not steal your affiliate commissions from you.

By the way no specialist knowledge of web design is required as we will supply you with all the code (complete with built in affiliate program code) you will need to just copy and paste where you want your banner or text link to appear. There is no restriction on where you live. All you need is normally to have a website to advertise a link to our products or a mailing list. (Although it would also be possible to succeed with our program without either of these two "essentials" by using pay per click or ezine adverts.)

Commission protection for all affiliates.

What's the worst thing that can happen when you join an affiliate scheme and start to promote their affiliate program links?

Well, in my view, it is when I have spent a lot of time and energy to develop a link, then I have spent more time, energy and money to promote that affiliate program link in the search engines to get good quality traffic to the site. Then only to discover that as my "visitor" did not buy immediately but did return later in order to purchase. If they did not return there through my affiliate program link I don't earn the affiliate commissions. How fair is that?

Many affiliate schemes use "session cookies" where it is only if the person buys immediately do you get your commission. Our affiliate program is tracking your cookie one that does not last only for the session or even a day or two. It lasts a full year! So if someone visits your link than returns some nine or ten months later — even if they can't remember how they got there in the first place — you still get the credit for any purchase made. In addition to tracking through the affiliate program cookies we also track the referring IP address as an extra safeguard to protect your commission.

A Two Tier Commission Structure.

For every sale you make directly from one of your customers you will earn a generous commission of 20%. (We do need to buy the land, pay for the materials, packaging and shipping costs as well as manually recording the sale in the official estate land register, administer this affiliate program and still make some profit as well!)

Furthermore if a visitor coming from one of your sites signs up themselves as an affiliate you will automatically receive an email telling you it has happened. You will then automatically without doing any more work receive 7.5% commission on every sale made through that affiliate and all your other affiliates

Returning customers

Remember with our product someone may buy a title and land to make their sweetheart a Lord or Lady on Valentines Day. They see the value of the gift and return a month later to buy another for a Mothers Day gift. Their brother graduates from college and the family decide to buy him another certificate to put on the wall beside the college Diploma. A work colleague is getting married so they buy a double lord and Lady title for the Bride and Groom. And we still have got nowhere near Christmas yet! We know people are returning to our site to make further purchases.

We will be promoting additional products being developed by us but if that customer was initially brought in from your link (within the last twelve months) we will credit you with that sale as well so you get a thank you and money in your bank. The more we give you through the affiliate program the more you will promote our products. The more you win — the more we win and the more the customer wins. in other words when you participate in our affiliate program everybody wins. Isn't that just good business practice? We succeed by not stealing your commissions!

Sales Statistics

Once logged into the members area you will find information telling you exactly

how many people followed your link to our site.

how may sales were recorded and by using our "ad tracker facility" in your link you can see exactly which banner, article or text link has most success for you. In fact if you wish you can even see which link of a dozen or more you have on your site (or ezine) generated the click through. When you know in that detail what worked best you can promote that one whilst still continuing to test and improve any others.

You will also see how many affiliates are in your team and how many sales they have made.

The breakdown of your commissions will also allow you to see the growth in your earnings since you started promoting our program.

Exactly how you are to be paid at the end of the next month. Remember we pay you in full making no deduction for admin expenses.

Low Minimum Payout.

One the things we want to do is encourage all our affiliates to promote our products. For that reason we want to pay out the commissions you have earned in full on a regular basis. Yet we also need to watch our own administration costs are kept low in order to pay you more. To fit those criteria we have chosen to make commission payments — without any admin deductions — at the beginning of each month on sales made during the previous month. This will be subject only to a minimum payout of £50 sterling if being paid by bank cheque or 25 US dollars if being paid to your PayPal account. Any sums not meeting the minimum payments levels are automatically carried over to the following month

Banners and other Links

When you join you will be directed to a range of eye catching banners and curiosity raising textual links with your own unique linking code to encourage people to click through to the sales page. Where, which and when you you use them is entirely up to you or even design your own to fit your own website or ezine style. In addition there will be articles that you can use in your newsletter on various subjects related to the product to promote readers interest.

You also have a choice about which of our two sites you send people to. For example if you are promoting scottish gifts you could choose to send people to http://ScottishRomanticGifts.com where the scotttishness is emphasised or if you are promoting the Lord and Lady title concept you could choose to send them to http://Become-a-Lord.co.uk. Even if you choose to send them to one site and they later visit the other site your same cookie will still be recognised by our software.
